However, no fault by seller, the shipping company PF Logistics failed to deliver on time. They seemed to hold my package in a local faclity for 7 days. After contacting them to check the status and then tell them delivery was overdue, they seemed to locate my package and delivered it the next day. Again, I can't fault the seller. The shipping company failed to deliver on time.

Requested to return the damaged film, seller was awkward in wanting to accept the return, however after emails backwards and forwards we reached a compromise. Very difficult to work things out when the seller is NOT in Australia as "stated in the listing" - seller is actually based in China. I would have bought from a local seller had I known. But to their credit all was OK with both parties in the end.
