Apply one per phase leg for differential mode suppression, and one around all 3 phases for common mode suppression. It requires at least 8 units to decouple inputs and outputs.

I was given tracking information and told it would take a couple of weeks to be delivered. I waited. When it was supposed to be delivered, all I got was a message saying they only had broken stock left, and would be giving me a refund. I don't believe this at all, since the seller is STILL ON EBAY ADVERTIZING the same device for sale. I think I'm a victim of Trump's Tariff problem here.....they are being vindictive....
