I did reach out to the seller and never got a response. I wanted a partial refund. Because that would have been fair since this was listed as a cover / canopy and it’s not. There was even a pet co shipping label with this side wall cover stating it’s side wall cover only. As sellers we need to try and do better especially when a buyer reaches out with a problem.
