While it was disappointing, it wasn't the sellers fault. It was just from age. I had asked when the item would be shipped because it was a birthday gift and I was trying to figure out if it would be here on time, or if I needed to print out a picture for her card. I never received an answer. When the box arrived, it was split open at the top. Looked like it needed more tape.
