The phone was refurbished in very good condition, if I didn't know that it was refurbished I would of thought it was brand new! The phone came with plastic on the screen to protect it once I removed it I did not see ANY scratches on it! It was a great price! However, while the description said that it was a silver phone, the back panel was actually white. Only the trim around the edge was silver. That was disappointing since I thought the whole thing would be silver, and it was a gift for someone else.
