I could see the path it was walking because of a trail it was leaving in the wet grass. I placed my trap at a choke point in my yard, and it worked perfectly. The armadillo now lives next to a creek about 10 miles from my house. I would definitely recommend this trap for anyone dealing with armadillo damage to their yard.
