    While it was very well packed (with plenty of padding and even being in a static-proof bag), it ended up with the contact board below the heavy winding, causing the board to become damaged in shipping. However, upon letting the seller know, they offered to send me a different one they had or a refund. With the damage only resulting from shipping and being relatively simple for me to repair, they quickly agreed to a partial refund of the whole order upon me requesting just a refund for shipping.
