Even though the packaging was very good, it appeared to have had a fall so bad that a few part inside showed impact damage! Got a full refund...and I was allowed to keep the damaged unit. No idea if actually works though as I haven't been able to test it due to my work itinerary. A bit disappointed, but the customer service was good.
