    Near professional grade.

    This camera was a big jump in features and video quality. Initial test footage in auto modes was excellent. The learning curve is going to be steep and time consuming. Definitely not point and shoot. Should be a very relevant camera for at least 5 years for most anyone and for me I can see never needing anything more. It does seem kind of fragile to me, but only time and use will tell. Cost is quite high but it is so feature rich I pulled the trigger on it, with no real buyers remorse.

    More than I had hoped for

    The image is amazing, when the settings are correct. The only drawback that I can see is that the Black isn't really Black, (like when a stage show fades to black) compared to my X-10. Its more of a charcoal when the lights fade to black. Maybe there's another setting for that.
