The 119 does not have the connecting shaft. The vendor did state it was 119WB. eBay garage said that it would work on my vehicle. The Navigator L is for the 131 WB. I messaged the vendor and they got me the correct one and shipped it. Everything was handled very quickly. I would recommend this company.
