- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI like these tensioners for several reasons. They are iron, so they can be welded on if necessary like on my chopper. The angle of the frame didn't allow me to get enough torque on the clamps, so I welded it on. You have more adjustment on the lower idler, and the upper gives further stability to the chain and virtually eliminates slap. My setup routes the chain under the frame to clear the brake. The kit tensioners kept bending under torque, not this one. These are a must for my future bikes.
