On the product spec you mentioned, it is new with an open box. The service is excellent. The other very crucial thing is, the delivery person leaves the phone on the floor. I think this is wrong; he should deliver to my apartment or put it in the parcel pending box. Putting electronics on the flower is not secure; there is a high possibility of loss. Please resolve this.
