    One of the shocks was defective. Seller will not answer questions nor will he say more than one sentence a day. Sometimes several days before you hear back. Product is over 9 yrs old but sold it to me as new. Shock says made in China yet on the box it says made in Mexico. Than the box they shipped them in says rock auto all over it even the tape on the box says it. I'll never buy anything else from this seller.

    A must have..

    95-02 dodge truck owners, this is a must if you have play or clunking noise in your steering column. I read all the previous reviews and was a little skeptical at first. I had play in my 1999 Ram 2500 steering and a clunking noise when turning from lock to lock. I bought the Dorman replacement shaft after seeing it on Ebay. It is a sturdy well built shaft with the slide collar flipped to the opposite side of the rag joint. Dorman said it reengineered the weak points out of the shaft. I believe them. I installed it, and the clunking noise went away. The steering felt smooth and tight. During the test drive, I noticed that all the play was also gone ( to my surprise).. My truck now tracks straight and doesn't wonder all over the road. For the price, it can't be beat.
