    Had to reach out first in every occasion. Asked about a tracking number on multiple occasions first one being “I’ll send it to you once I get it” even though the item had already left the warehouse. Second time after almost two weeks of purchase and a week of it leaving and still nothing. Asked for an update and they respond telling me they’ll have to issue a refund because freight quotes are double what they had listed. When they were planning on reaching out to let me know? Probably never.
