    the round part that looks like it would hold a soft drink, won’t. Water bottle either, holds sun glasses and maybe a coiled phone cord, loose change, the other part holds a phone, but i know my iphone gets hot, and i wouldn’t use it for that, for that reason, but if your phone stays cool, and you don’t navigate with it, it’s a good pocket for a checkbook, or nook, ipad mini. it does a great job of catching fleeing french fries from my chomping maw while snarled in traffic.
