Vinyl envelopes are frequently slit open or ripped. Often the contents is separated from the shipping envelope. Without a packing slip, the post office cannot identify where to deliver item. Always a good idea to double protect the item. Packing slip’s are also a good idea. Good Seller. A+++. Thank you.
