Im currently 205 pounds and can handle me with no problem. It's a tool home gym shouldn't be without. It actually does help your stabilizer muscles in your legs on day concentrated slow step downs because of soft padding so its incredible for stability ( aside from my bosu ) if you love plyo exercises then you shouldn't go without this! All at an affordable price. Thanks 👍👍👍👍👍🙏
