I have received a partial refund which is not adequate so now awaiting response from supplier

This is out of the shipper's control, but once the item reached the USA, the only tracking info stated that the item was in route to its delivery system's destination. It arrived today...I'm happy with the product and the shipper's willingness to look in to the location and delivery date of this item.
