- _***l (60)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchasereceived the battery. plugged it into the charger and it's not charging. tested the charger with another battery and the charger works. plugged the new battery in again and still not charging...about to take it out and the charging lights flashed full. put the battery into the scanner and the scanner turns on (although slower than normal) and shows battery fully charged. turned the scanner off and back on and it turns on normal. will have to wait until I use the scanner to see if it's fine.Reply from: yafu002- Feedback replied by seller yafu002.- Feedback replied by seller yafu002.Hello sir, the seven pointers on your charger must be aligned with the seven contacts of the battery, so that the battery can be charged (check whether the pointer of the charger is aligned with the battery contacts).
