They arrived fast and well-packed, look great and arrived in excellent condition. The only complaint I have is that they are fixed in one position so it's not possible to bend them out of the way to get a comfortable playing position when sitting down and to minimize the possibility of damaging, or breaking the units on certain types of guitars and unfortunately all amplifiers. Otherwise, they are quite nice and work well.

It's not very loud, only noticeable when things are quiet. I just turn the amp volume to zero if silence is needed.
