    It arrived in just the usual shipping bag, luckily, everything was in place once it arrived. The console was completely dead, so I charged it completely before trying out. While I didn't actually play a game on it ( it's a gift for my daughter) I set it up, made her an account with no issues. It's not " open box" though. Minor scratches on one of the joycons and missing papers. I believe it's used? Not new. I did message the seller prior to buying and they never responded
