    Works, but is expensive and liquid maybe inconsistent

    Expensive but it usually works. I believe the liquid maybe inconsistent; sometimes a bottle will work well and other times not so well, but cannot prove that and it maybe an inconsistency in my cramps. I did learn from an MD if you are having thigh , calf and foot cramps than he suggested you also have a deficiency in Calcium (that helped me; now I just have the calf cramps after adding 1200 mg of Calcium nightly). They need to reduce their price and insure a consistent product. Nevertheless I would recommend and give it a 3.4 rating out of 5.

    So far so good

    I have only used it a few times but here is my take on it. I get unbearable leg cramps that have me up walking the floor some nights. This product does not work immediately but the few times I’ve tried it, after about 30 minutes I can sleep with no further episodes. Really hate the smell but when you are desperate...

    Teating going good

    I am still trying/testing the products, have been using it nightly for about two weeks now and have only had one night time leg cramp. I was getting cramps about 2 out of three nights and sometimes two per night. I have a bottle of the spray and a bottle of the foam. They both seem to do the work but are applied differently. I need a few more days of success before I will give it 5 stars
