The holster is of good quality being a robust polymer and has a good appearance profile. It is advertised as an IPSC holster and the retention is for just that purpose only. It holds my P07 firmly for range use which is what I got it for only. This isn't a daily open carry or duty retention holster. If you turn it upside down and shake it your gun will fall out. Great for range use though.
