    Everything in the box was delivered open . Also missing various parts. The seller did allow for a refund but this was not even delivered in the brand box.

    We unfortunately had both open-box and new-in-box inventory of this model in stock. We mistakenly sent the customer an open-box item. We immediately apologized, sent a return label, and an immediate refund. Mistakes happen. I'm sorry you feel it warrants a negative. We did everything we could to remedy the situation.
