    Great video to help with flexibility and range of motion.

    This DVD has two great stretches (each about 35 minutes each). One gets your day going and the other helps to relax you after a long day. Also includes a more vigorous bonus stretch and a few more features. I highly recommend.

    Am & Pm stretch

    Great DVD for all. I have not been on a stretching regiment for many years. From my perspective, her voice helps to calm and leads you into the correct form of the stretches. She also reminds you to breath and check your body alinement. Well worth the price.
