    Does what it should

    Brita on-faucet filters do a good job at filtering contaminants compared to other filters, and you don't need to worry about refilling a pitcher or taking up room in your fridge. I can actually confirm that the filtration works because my husband has tested it in his chem lab! The indicator for replacement used to be a light, but is now a difficult-to-read color marker. The indicator also doesn't seem to work for very long, so I recommend keeping track of when it was installed. But that is more a comment on the whole system; the refills work great so long as you have a working system. And the 3-pack is a great deal.

    Used water filter

    I received the item I ordered but it was not new, the box had water damage and one of the filters was used. There were water spots and calcium build up and when I put the filter on, theres an indicator to tell you when you need a new filter and that one showed it needed to be replaced already. The other 2 were but definitely didnt get what I expected from a "new" product.

    Good product! Helps eliminate "yucky" water taste!

    We haven't installed one of these we just purchased; but have used them before and feel that there should be no problem with them since they are brand new in the package. We have purchased them from other suppliers at EBay and have had no problems. We should be installing one around March 1, 2022.
