    The item looks strong enough for its intended use but the packaging is not adequate. The contents of the box broke free inside and a lot of the hardware were lost through a hole in the box. The seller made things right by issuing a partial refund to cover the cost of replacement hardware. I have no problem with the seller as he was quick to respond with a resolution . However, the manufacturer probably should invest in better packaging or this will continue to happen.
