I am glad we talked, also that it was a simple fix. We found out that the grinder needed to be recharged. A charging cable is provided with every grinder to make things easier. We do suggest that all grinders be charged before using. Additionally, we welcome our customers to contact us so we can work together to take any additional steps to safely resolve any concerns.
