No counter offer or an "offer declined," I needed the item, so I went ahead and paid the asking price, Then the next day, I sent another best offer for a second, identical item, which the seller accepted. Both items were received by the USPS on the same day, but packaged separately. They both arrived at my house on the same day, but the seller charged me the full shipping price on each of the 2 items. Shipping should have been combined.
