Good price and the cat works
The cat works great. The only problem was fitment to the rear pipe and the hanger alignment. Both were off a little. I had to use a large clamp to join the cat pipe to the rear to get them bolted and had to tweak the hanger to attach it.

Did not work for me.
Don't know if I got a bad one or what..Did NOT fit my 03 Non Turbo Subaru Baja. The flange that bolts to the header pipe would not line up..Had to cut the flange off the new Cat.converter and buy a Exhaust flange repair kit,line everything up and weld the flange repair kit to the New Cat.converter..After going through all this,now I have the dreaded P0420 code..Telling me the New Cat.converter is bad..Now there is a work around on the P0420 code by using a couple of non fouling spark plug adapters but that is just fooling the O2 sensor so it can mess up the fuel trim that the ECM does through the o2 sensors..I ended up having to go to Napa and buy another Cat.Convertor....That cured my problem..Thank God I didn't have to go to Subaru to buy the Cat at the tune of $1500!!Don't know if I got a bad one or what..Did NOT fit my 03 Non Turbo Subaru Baja. good for the price
works well for the price, as everyone else has stated the bolts are to big for the oe connection, they are fine for the converter but on the oe side they are too large. heat shield rattles horribly, definitely need to tack it down better or just remove it. for the price it is well worth it, more or less bolted right in.

Decent replacement exhaust that works very well
A little tough to install. Not sure if the problem was fitment with my car or with the part. However, once installed it has been performing well. Sound is close to stock. Price was fair.

Good value, fits into factory pipes well, just as advertized
Solved my problem (partially clogged factory original CAT). Happy with this new one. A few observations: 1) front cat is positioned a little differently than the factory cat. This makes it easier to get at the front bolts (a good thing), but not as good for front O2 sensor placement (routing wire is a little trickier but doable). 2) the front bolts they provide are too large in diameter for the factory front pipe flange. 3) the spring hardware for the back is great, but I used the factory springs because the ones they provide are long and very hard to compress enough to get a nut on. Car performance is very good. Not sure if that's because of the newly unrestricted flow or if this cat is better than the original. Either way, very happy with the result.Solved my problem (partially clogged factory original CAT). Happy with this new one.
