    Fairly easy; most fitness levels could get something out of it.

    Chris Freytag is one of my favorite instructors. This is a fairly easy workout but sometimes you need easier days. Also, it's all what you make it. The routine has a variety of choices including a walk, yoga, weights, lower body and abs. You can pick and choose any or all. If you choose all you get close to an hour of total body workout. I have done it repeatedly since I got it and enjoy myself every time.
