The signs of wear are consistent with my old folio case that I’ve used for years when compared side by side. I reached out to the seller multiple times to try and resolve with a partial refund and they only responded once. I wanted to save time and hassle for both parties but it was like talking to a wall. He tried to haggle his refund request from $20 to $10, indicating that the issue was minor and stated that if i didn't respond (before May 12), he would return as i instructed him to do
