They closed the case on me and I applied for an appeal with no help from them. Seller didn’t offer partial return of the money or anything. So I don’t have the item I ordered or the funds paid. I purchase a lot of purses and couldn’t go through them all as quickly as I had hoped. It was over 30 days. So I missed out! Learn from me!!!!
