    Excellent item for fun exercise! You will need small ankles though!

    If you are an active women wanting to strengthen your leg/thigh muscles, this is a the ideal product! Velcro is excellent for comfortable adjustment. Weight is not too heavy or too light - provides just enough resistance. Very durable. Is a high quality item. And yes...I LOVE the color . If you are a large person with big ankles, this might not be the product for you. At the smallest (lowest) point of my ankles, I'm 8 1/4 inch around - a little further up at the largest point where the weight would rest, my ankle is 9 3/4 inch around. These weights are almost too small for my ankles. Good thing the velcro is of such high quality!
