    Make sure your freezer can do the job!

    Terrific Soft Serve Ice Cream! You have to make sure your freezer is cold enough to freeze the bowel or don't bother. My regular fridge couldn't make it cold enough because if you turn it down, the vegetables freeze in the bottom drawer, so I bought a chest freezer and it is now perfect! I love the recipes in the book, also. Wonderful vanilla ice cream! Who would have thought adding coconut oil to chocolate chips would make it harden on ice cream! I am extremely happy with this purchase. Absolutely no more store bought garbage, yay!
