There are 2 hold downs in the front an 2 hold downs in the back, there are no hold downs on either side. The form fit over each side is good until you get into the vehicle or out of the vehicle. The sides pull off every time you sit down an has to be put back on every time. Unacceptable. The back of the front seat is one piece that slides over the seat. No problem. It's the bottom that's the problem.
