    Immediately heard a sharp metal scraping sound when trautman was turned on. Reached out to seller several times but they never responded. Ended up taking it apart and found that the fan blades were hitting the cover. Didn’t want to leave negative feedback since it works without the cover on but the description said new without box and the seller refuses to answer me. I shouldn’t have to use it without the cover but I’m lucky it works at all. Roll of the dice with this seller.
