It is beautiful, soft and thick, and even though it was packaged folded very tightly, when I unfolded it the creases were minimal. The colors are rich, and were exactly as shown in the photos. There is little to no smell. The delivery was delayed due to being held up in customs; Fedex required me to submit a customs form with the seller's name and address, which they provided on request. The arrival date is no longer showing, so I am a little concerned after spending as much as I did. Will edit this if and when I receive the rug, or a reply from the shop owner.Follow-up from: m***8- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.FOLLOW UP 6/20/2025: Seller admitted to marking the order as shipped even when the rug wasn’t completed and hadn’t in fact been shipped yet. He messaged me asking me to take down my eBay case and review above or else he wouldn’t ship it. He agreed to send the rug once complete and promised to provide tracking earlier this week, but once again went silent. eBay closed the case for me and refunded my money. I would not recommend working with this seller.
