It is beautiful, soft and thick, and even though it was packaged folded very tightly, when I unfolded it the creases were minimal. The colors are rich, and were exactly as shown in the photos. There is little to no smell. The delivery was delayed due to being held up in customs; Fedex required me to submit a customs form with the seller's name and address, which they provided on request. He messaged me asking me to take down my eBay case and review above or else he wouldn’t ship it. He agreed to send the rug once complete and promised to provide tracking earlier this week, but once again went silent. eBay closed the case for me and refunded my money. I would not recommend working with this seller.
