    A very basic but super reliable phone

    I bought another one of these mainly for the battery, but also to have a spare. It's ancient. It's menus and features are a real pain to use. But that doesn't matter, because it doesn't do much, just phone calls, and texts (if you are patient). The real benefit to a phone like this, is battery life that goes on for days or a week. It puts up with being dropped. It works in the rain. Because it doesn't have WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and all the other stuff modern phones have, ironically it actually has better reception than a modern phone, on the same network in the same location. I keep this with me at all times, in addition to my smartphone, because unlike modern phones, in an emergency when all else has failed, I know that this phone will actually work.
