While we wrap all rods well to protect them and ship them in a sturdy rod tube, all three carriers can and do break rod tubes in shipment. Once we ship the rod out, we can't control the carriers. All we can do is replace or refund the damaged rod. A simple message to us with pictures is all it takes.

Rod case finally arrived unopened crushed and bent in the middle with a sticker on tube placed by local post office reading: product arrived damaged. Sent picture to shipper. Instructed to open and inspect. Opened and inspected and by some miracle the rod was undamaged.
