    The item that I received is exactly as described, and perhaps more importantly, it is not hobbled by software restrictions that can be imposed by some UK ISP's (Internet Service Providers). The user manual runs to 586 pages and explains in detail what the router is capable of. I can now run my home network as I think fit, and not according to the arbitrary requirements of the ISP. The only drawback I have encountered so far is the I need the voice settings from my ISP to make it complete.
