Communication skills were off the charts and responded within minutes!! The problem was USPS shipping the item from one location to another and another ultimately being shipped to its original starting point. This happened twice. It was also a heat sensitive product that no doubt will be ruined. I feel sorry for Ebay sellers who have to deal with this . Again, A WONDERFUL SELLER!
