The packing was subpar it was put in box that to big and only had one little piece of shipping paper thrown on top of the projector and nothing on the sides so it was moving around.The condition wasn't new or like new though it was missing the rubber feet the back of the remote was scuffed and the glass lens was scratched. I Message the seller and they were quick to respond and made things right we me.
