    The description didn't say it was tested so my mistake in ordering. Once I got it it didn't work. Seller doesn't take returns so once again my mistake. I'm out $69.52 with shipping so lesson learned. Additionally shipper was VERY slow. I know things happen that can delay shipment but seller never communicated that to me. Ordered on Nov 1 and it wasn't received until Nov 15. The DVR was poorly wrapped in just a bubble pack bag. Fortunately it was not damaged in shipment.
