Some of the operation manual could be more clear and a couple of things added to it for clarification. However, their customer service is absolutely awesome and has gone out of their way talking me through things I didn’t understand and rectifying problems I’ve had. To clarify, so far all of the problems have been me not understanding the bike operation and not anything wrong with the bike so far. Again, I cannot say enough good about their customer support!

It came from halfway around the world and made it without being damaged. you can tell the freight carriers tried to break it from all the dents on the box but the packaging withheld all the punishment it was dealt. seller answered my questions within 12 hours and that to me is a big plus.
