He described the product as Alienware AW724P Horizon Travel Backpack 18 inches, but the product I actually received was Alienware 7501 Horizon Travel Backpack 17 inches. The price difference between the two is dozens of dollars, even if I buy a brand new genuine product on Amazon, the price is almost the same. Because of this seller, I decided to leave eBay forever and never use eBay again. Because no matter what the seller sells, eBay will protect the seller.

Unsurprisingly, item arrived very banged up and dented, not in any way a presentable gift. Tried messaging the seller, and they basically made excuses that a shipping bag is normal, the item's box is supposed to be it's shipping box, if they used a shipping box, then the cost of shipping would have made them lose money (hint - charge more for shipping?).
