    Prior to placing my order I had ask her if this was used via email . Her response was that it was not used .it is out of the packaging .I did mention that in the description. An open box and a used item are not the same this lunch box has clear signs of been used if any of this was disclose on the listing I would have never purchased. Very disappointing!! I paid $45 total for a used item .
