        Ch ina Actually Made A Quality Part!

        So far we are well satisfied with the key switch for our 8n tractor: 1) Wire was the proper gauge for the application... seen countless times where the application called for 16 or 18 gauge wire but they made the product with 22 gauge wire which even broke in 2 with just a few times of bending it back n forth. 2) The wire has a thick coating applied to it and seems to be good quality unlike much of their coatings used on the wire which can usually be pealed off with your thumb nail. 3) The wiring connectors/eyelets were somewhat thick instead of the ones that are nearly paper thin and either corrode with in a year or cracks with just a couple times of it getting bent. 4) Actually used a good quality heat-shrink to protect the connection where the eyelets are crimped to the wire. 5) ...

        When trying to remove the installation nut over the wires one of them broke off because the terminals were to far apart and is unusable.

        Well built

        Surprisingly heavily built, wiring and terminals correct for easy installation, switch worked, and the price was right. Only time will tell how long the internal switch lasts (that's what failed on my last one purchased from Ford New Holland years ago).
