Second, the fan was there, but the mounts(the plastic pins that clamp it to the board) were broken. It also came with the wrong box(it came with a B450 box not the Z390). Like I said, it came exactly as pictured so I can fault myself for not being more observant. It was however stuck in California for over a week with no updates. I can excuse all of this 'cause it was a great deal.
